Colleagues are technically strong and collaborative. Got to work with modern tools — Google ADK, LiteLLM, Apache Ranger, OpenMetadata — well before they became mainstream.
Cons
Being a growing company, some internal processes are still maturing. Could benefit from more formal mentorship programs for junior engineers joining the team.
