      Working in this company was really good and timely payment of salary was best, but speaking about the management coordination & cooperation among them-self what work they need they don't have clarity. And they don't stick to one word and are not committed.

      Pros

      I have started my career with TechSophy and been worked for almost one and half year for their different projects. The entire team is very helpful provided the great support in my entire tenure.

      Cons

      Management is really helpful and given a chance to think Individuality to develop the project with a team work. Nice pay with in time as per the market.
