Pros
The TechSpace spaces and services are top of the line. Most to all of the clients I worked with saw huge value in the space and enjoyed being a member. The company is small and management is receptive to feedback and input. I felt I could bring up any issues or requests without hesitation and felt heard and appreciated. I enjoyed working with all the members of the team!
Cons
It is an "all hand on deck" type mentality, which can be frustrating for people who prefer a more structured environment. Pay varies, at times drastically, based on your role at the company (which is typical of a shared office space company)
