I worked for Tech Talent for quite sometime and there has been no end to what I did to ensure I always went above and beyond with my job role. I think I am writing this review as closure to myself to express to the company that you have progressed people into job roles that clearly did not have the skills or knowledge for. This is why the company is the way it is. Whether TechTalent somehow pulls through this I don't know. To the Senior Management Team if you want your contracts to run effectively you need to make sure you have the right people with the right skills and Further Education knowledge. Your contracts will never move forward if you don't have the staff to uphold them. As a long serving employee of Tech Talent I used to think you was the best company I worked for. Now for months more staff have gone, staff cuts have been made and some staff have felt they was never good enough. TechTalent you have taught me a valuable lesson. There are a number of staff who are feeling the same way as me. To the CEO of TTA I am sorry to see how the company has declined over the past few months. But let this be a lesson for the future. Please make sure you employ staff that can actually deliver and get the job done.
