No pros in the company absolute waste

This is a very disappointing company to work for. In my experience, there is little respect for employees, their time, or their financial expectations. Increment cycles have been delayed by around four months, and salary discussions are not handled transparently. Employees may be expected to work for more than 12 hours a day, yet their hard work is not adequately recognized or rewarded through timely increments. The company seems to demand a great deal from its employees without providing fair recognition or compensation in return. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company as a workplace. A company cannot expect sustainable growth without respecting its employees, valuing their contributions, and addressing compensation concerns fairly and on time.

The company offers an excellent learning environment with a strong engineering culture. Everyone, including senior members, is approachable and willing to help whenever needed. The feedback process is transparent, and there is virtually no office politics, creating a healthy workplace. The academy and bootcamps provide outstanding opportunities for continuous learning and skill development. Engineers get significant ownership and exposure to challenging projects involving multiple languages, frameworks, design patterns, TDD, DDD, XP practices, and clean coding principles, making it a great place for personal and technical growth.

Compensation is one area that could see significant improvement, as it tends to be below current market rates. Additionally, although the company has a good client base, expanding the client portfolio and improving new client acquisition would contribute to stronger business growth and provide employees with even more opportunities.
