      Office culture family oriented and relaxed but very target oriented. The management is supportive and appreciates accomplishments There is no performance management system and internal politics and favoritism prevails Good place to learn new and advanced technologies

      Cons

      Some people are over worked and since no performance monitoring exists. International trainings are only given to nominated favorites
