Motivates new talent and gives opportunity to learn and learn and learn......Grass root exposure. 4. Senior management is totally supportive and helps in all aspects.

      1. Don't give extra importance to non performers just to be good to all. 2. Can't think of more as of now.

      Pros

      Working with the organization from more than 1+ year, it was a great experience working over which helped to enhance the skill set. Friendly employment to work around and very good support from all the team members across all divisions.

      Nothing much to specify on this area as we all set to see how the company is growing from day one.
