Salary was not paid on time after termination and experience letter was not provided despite multiple follow-ups. There appears to be no proper HR structure, and key concerns are handled directly by leadership, which leads to lack of accountability. Communication is poor, and issues raised by employees are ignored. Attempts to resolve the matter professionally were unsuccessful.
