folks won't leave on the dot. they'll wait for the boss to leave before everyone starts making a move. they'd expect you to stay behind to upskill your knowledge but there won't be any OT pay. works half-day on the weekend doing nothing

No pros at all when working in the company

Very negative company, finance manager very stingy and nagging non stop. Boss narrow hearted, nagged non stop and demanding. Staff able to work under stress but not able to tahan their family related nonsense. Over controlling finance manager, staff eat what for lunch also want to care. Like as if company paid for the lunch.
