Pros

pros make some friends and move on like social media is that you want you guys are welcome.

Cons

I joined Techfriar about six months ago, and my overall experience was extremely disappointing. The company has a habit of delaying salary payments regularly, which causes a lot of stress and uncertainty. There is very little transparency or communication from the management regarding this issue. The workload is heavy and often unrealistic, with little regard for work-life balance. Employees are pushed hard to meet tight deadlines, and the efforts are rarely appreciated. One of the most concerning practices I noticed is that once a project or specific work section is completed, the management starts letting go of newly joined employees without proper notice. It feels like they hire just to complete the task and then dispose of people when they're no longer needed. This kind of job insecurity is deeply demotivating. The work environment itself is not supportive, and there’s a clear lack of structure and professional ethics. I would not recommend Techfriar to anyone looking for a stable and respectful workplace.

Pros

Fast-Paced Environment – The rapid development cycle might be challenging for those who prefer a slower pace. High Expectations – While growth opportunities are excellent, the learning curve can be steep for newcomers. Limited On-Site Interaction – If remote/hybrid work is common, some employees might miss in-person collaboration. Project Pressure – Meeting deadlines for multiple projects could sometimes lead to extra work hours.

Cons

High Workload During Peak Times – While the work environment is great, there can be periods of intense workload, especially when deadlines are tight. Steep Learning Curve – The tech-savvy team and fast-paced development cycle mean new employees might need to adapt quickly. Limited On-Site Interaction – If remote or hybrid work is common, some employees may feel a lack of in-person collaboration and bonding. Project Pressure – Managing multiple projects can sometimes lead to high-pressure situations, requiring extra effort. Less Structured Career Path in Some Roles – While growth opportunities exist, some employees might find a lack of clearly defined career progression in certain positions.
