I worked at Techinterio for over 1.5 years, consistently giving 100% effort and meeting all job requirements. I even assisted beyond my job profile, helping the company overcome various roadblocks. Despite my dedication, the experience ended poorly. One day, the company gathered about 75 employees and abruptly informed us that we were all being fired and instructed to search for new jobs. They initially promised two months' salary but reneged on that the next day. Instead, they coerced everyone into resigning by threatening to withhold salaries and issue negative experience certificates. This forced all employees to resign within a day. There was no appreciation for our hard work, including late hours up to 9-10 PM when the official working hours ended at 6:30 PM. The company gave simple instructions not to come back from the next day. Additionally, some employees had their salaries withheld, and the company failed to respond to emails seeking clarification. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience. I would strongly caution others to think twice before considering employment at Techinterio. Don't make the same mistake I did.
