      Apply for this company. They help u groom your skills. They have a lot to offer in terms of entertainment. Overall I would rank this company as top IT company in Pakistan.

      One main problem is that they dont offer good wages.

      Team Culture, strong management, strong engineering / software development personnel, flat org structure

      Flat org structure can lead to moving slightly slower, marketing is currently being improved

      Pros

      People, collaboration, teamwork, variety of projects. Good place for fresh grads to gain experience.

      Cons

      Few perks, high turnover rate with most employees working within 5 years since graduation, low salaries compared to other companies, resource distribution of administrative personnel is not good (most of the mgmt is in the Lahore office), small workspace area, no free food(!)
