      You will learn some useful skills in the AV field.

      Cons

      Terrible pay with no cost of living raises, ever. No advancement. The managers I dealt with were some of the worst in the industry. Uncaring, unkind, and unprofessional. The owner of Technical Operations is not going to be of any use to you. Worst benefits I have every heard of. There has been a mass exodus over the last couple of years due to these factors.

      Pros

      The team works hard and where I work at is under a union it is very beneficial finical firm that we work for.

      Cons

      Lack leadership and training. The health benefits are not good under tech-ops compared to union benefits that is provided to the techs. Staffing is a big issue when it comes to who they have hired, mainly lack of experience and competence.
