Pros
I can't think of a Pro other than I met some really nice people there, most of them have already quit though.
Cons
So many where to start...terrible facility it's old and outdated no climate control harsh working conditions. Bathrooms and breakroom are horrible. Equipment used is often broken or in bad need of repair. Disconnect with management whose main concern is just keeping the production going no matter what. No praise for a good job just constant criticisms and a oh well thats life attitude.
