      If you are straight from high school, college or university you get a chance at employment here. We all know how in Kenya having paper might not necessarily translate into employment. However, Techno Brain gives you a chance.

      Cons

      You need to fight hard to grow and nothing is a handout. Which I guess happens in every company.

      Feels great when you're starting off with them, but with time you realize that you're just a mere cog in a system that only minds the welfare of senior managers.

      Cons

      The company is too sales-centric, often at the expense of low cadre employees.
