      Pros

      Good working place,Good salaries and hike. Good response from management if anything requires to employe evethough it is a manual process.

      Cons

      Company doesn't have own ODC. All the employees are working in client places as a outsourcing Insurance providing to the employee only but not family. All the communication is happening through phone calls or Gmail I.e does have proper internal website and out look communication. Office is look like consulting company

      Gives you a job and forgets.

      Cons

      No induction. No HR. Not even regular customary Diwali wishes email. Old and used laptops. Minimum wage pay.

      There's no much pros to mention here as they are just a staffing company and don't even follow basic corporate professionalism.

      Cons

      Worst job security, Low professionalism, Terrible communication and the list goes on do not spoil your career by joining this company.
