      A great place if you want to learn the basics of the engineering lifecycle. Employees are a pleasure to work with. Management will hear out feedback from team.

      Budgeting needs help and input from team leaders. Certain employees are underappreciated, and taken for granted.

      Pros

      Room for growth, supportive managers, they are willing to teach you a new skill if you express interest, growing in a steady positive direction, 401k, benefits, and everyone treats everyone with respect.

      Cons

      The only con I would say is for the first month or two it is required to work in the office 4-5 days out of the week.
