My experience was marred by a culture of corruption and bullying that stemmed from the owner’s girlfriend and the owner. It was clear that favoritism ruled the office. The owner’s girlfriend wielded her influence like a weapon, often belittling employees who didn’t align with her interests. The owner doesn't do anything at all to stop her. She's also the initiator of office gossip. It was disheartening to see capable employees sidelined simply because they didn’t fit into her inner circle. If she doesn't like you and the client gave you an increase she will do everything she can to reason out to the client that you don't deserve the increase. You don't get to voice your concerns in this company or suggestions, knowing you could face backlash or even sabotage. Reaching out to 'your' team advisor to report these issues won't work. Team advisor is nothing but just a name. They are supposed to mediate between the client, employee, and the company. The feedback we give to these advisors fall back on deaf ears. At the end of the day they are being paid by the 'CEO's girlfriend' and will listen to her instead of the client or employee request. This company has all the red flags that should make you run a mile!
