Working with an international team who are all experts in their fields. Freedom to do what you do best - you get the opportunity to focus on what you are good at with a team who assist with all the other items. Management is always willing to listen to ideas and try new things to get the best possible results. The sky is really the limit.
Cons
It's not necessary a con, but as the institute is new, a lot of hard work is required to get the proper building blocks in place, but it is worth it if you consider the bigger picture.
