Pros

- Decent pay compared to other companies in the government consulting space. - Fully remote work schedule for most positions. - Good work/life balance (rarely, if ever, have to work beyond core business hours to complete client work). - Pretty good benefits (generous PTO policy and paternity leave though healthcare premiums are pricey compared to what I've seen from other companies in this space). - Thoughtful/intelligent and hardworking colleagues.

Cons

- Company recently got acquired by Abt Global and is in the process of being transitioned into a new title under "Abt Digital Solutions". This has caused some headache as there are still some aspects of IT/benefits that are merged and some that are still separate between Abt and TSPi. - Unclear policies regarding merit increases and/or promotions following performance reviews. - Lack of clear guidelines regarding company/professional growth.
