Pros
On time salary paid monthly. There will be no interference in day-to-day work. HR is nice person. Good consultancy in maintaining good status/documentation as long as employee bears all expenses.
Cons
Absolutely no benefits. Insurance and leaves need to be beared completely by employee. As someone stated, all FEEs (h1b, extension, GC) need to be beared by employee. No rules considered. All was well until i lost first project. I was on bench for 6 months. No proper marketing.I had to search project myself. I had to pay all the taxes to run the pay stubs during this period even though the company has got more money on my first project.
