Background music. Salary on time. Good colleagues.

Here is a truth of the company. All five start reviews and ratings added by company own. Fake commitment to employee while joining. ex. wrong total strength and increment policy. Every time they follow their own benefits. Employees are slave to company and you need to work on 3-4 projects at a time. From first day you have task, you does not given time to understand company environment and their software. If you take leave on within a week, you are forced to come on Saturday. You can not take leave more then two or three while there are festival though you have strong reason. CEO nature is not good. Don't know why every time he wrote like a hell. First Soft skill class needed for CEO. You can not talk to your colleagues while in office. Not Friendly environment. CEO always try to show that you are noting and based on that you will not get increment properly. Everything you need to work forcefully by CEO. Now CEO will try to cover this review by adding more 4 or 5 star review after this from their employee. Guys be aware and think twice before joining this company.

The way this person writes review it is clear that he/she is trying to use this platform to fulfill his/her dream of malign this company by providing bad reviews times and again. It shows one dissatisfied person who was not a part of the development team ever is writing these reviews as he /she does not know the fact that I (CEO) do not look after day to day development activities and do not assign any task or instruct any developer. I am sorry that I could not make that person satisfied while he/she was there in the company but happy as well for the fact that the number of dissatisfied is only one.

I'm not happy with overall company culture and promises, What they said and what they were speaking and what actual was, PCs are old ones it's like we are workers and we need to work hard to provide income to CEO
