      Pros

      -Excellent learning opportunities. -Awesome teammates -If you are a developer, you can expect some handsome salary -You will get to work on hot technologies which can serve you for next 5-10 years in IT industry

      Cons

      -No work-life balance -They don't know how to respect people's aspirations and if you try to leave, they will surely give a hard time. No one in my knowledge has ever come out from this company with a happy face.

      Pros

      My career started here and the opportunities I got working on new technologies is a dream. So much flexible on projects and everyone get exposure to multiple roles and interaction with clients. Every project we get opportunity to work on different technologies. The product line up given me opportunity to think beyond and submit ideas. Company for opportunities to explore.

      Cons

      Internal process can be improved. It is expected in small companies.

      Pros

      The old company Technovert underwent a split and all the old baggage is now gone. I like the new company Tezo. Technically competent leadership.

      Cons

      The fun element is missing and need to be revived again. Most new projects are in AI. Need projects in full stack product engineering too.
