      Pros

      Good salary and ok benefit, team are hardworkers and collaborative.

      Cons

      A lot of meetings and management required, a lot of unnecessary drama happens and needs attention. A lot of people leaves and a lot of people gets hired in a small amount of time. People are burnt down and management isn’t mature enough to see it.

      Work life Balance, no stress, Decent pay, Support from Management. ETC

      Cons

      Sometimes with only 2 people, it can be challenging. Especially if someone misses a lot of days or their work ethic is not good.

      Pros

      They will give you a good salary, until you find out you will work 12 - 13 hour days.

      Cons

      So many…always micromanaged, the decisions really aren’t made by you as a manager. They have such a tough time hiring at this point that they have changed manager to a supervisor. Not a long term solution, very high turnover with managers and hourly employees. Do your research before accepting a job.
