Pros
I have been at Techo-Bloc for several years, and my experience has been fantastic. We are a progressive motivated company of passionate people. Is it an easy position...No! and that's why it isn't for everyone. In my years with this company I have been rewarded countless times with monetary compensation, promotion offers, and opportunities to do fun and exciting things. Even with the size of the company there is still a family feel, and things keep improving for the better. Management is receptive to criticism and wants to change things for the best. Techo-Bloc and our employees have a very bright future ahead.
Cons
There have been come growing pains as to be expected with any company experience the type of growth this company has. The only con I can think of is that if you are not a hard working motivated person who is passionate as all hell about what we do, you probably won't last long. On the flip side if you are the sky is the limit.
