      Pros

      1. Great co-workers, got to build some friendly relationships really quickly 2. Management recognizes you very quickly and doesn't hesitate on giving you extra responsibilities and salary raises if you've earned it and worked for it 3. Management is very passionate. Can't stress enough that if you're passionate and work hard they will let you thrive in the company. I left because i got an offer I couldn't refuse from a headhunter, but otherwise i would've definitely stayed.

      Cons

      1. Growing at such a fast pace that they sometimes have a hard time keeping up 2. Training is not standardized

      Work life Balance, no stress, Decent pay, Support from Management. ETC

      Cons

      Sometimes with only 2 people, it can be challenging. Especially if someone misses a lot of days or their work ethic is not good.

      Pros

      They will give you a good salary, until you find out you will work 12 - 13 hour days.

      Cons

      So many…always micromanaged, the decisions really aren’t made by you as a manager. They have such a tough time hiring at this point that they have changed manager to a supervisor. Not a long term solution, very high turnover with managers and hourly employees. Do your research before accepting a job.
