      Pros

      - work from home - pay is good up to a point - Good stepping stone (get a solid year in and get out)

      Cons

      - Blatant nepotism - will be managed by people less competent than you - limited resources for high value personnel (you will get overworked) - Disorganized - Revolving door across all departments and job levels - Proper compensation will always be an issue

      Pros

      Work life Balance, no stress, Decent pay, Support from Management. ETC

      Cons

      Sometimes with only 2 people, it can be challenging. Especially if someone misses a lot of days or their work ethic is not good.

      Pros

      They will give you a good salary, until you find out you will work 12 - 13 hour days.

      Cons

      So many…always micromanaged, the decisions really aren’t made by you as a manager. They have such a tough time hiring at this point that they have changed manager to a supervisor. Not a long term solution, very high turnover with managers and hourly employees. Do your research before accepting a job.
