      I am working here since 2017. Techouts is best place to work with, even in these tough times in Covid-19 Techouts is giving best support to its employees, No deduction in salary, smoothly working as normal with their employees.

      Work pressure is manageable when compared to other companies. Friendly and supportive team.

      The is zero reason to work for this placement company

      Payday in inconsistent. Pay checks are often short and direct deposit could be up to a week late. No communication on why but this place is dump.

      No Pros. They just lure you and have a hit and trial method for fetching you the interviews. Which you might never get.

      Cons

      They don't have clients so you are benched. they will lure you for training and mock interviews which are nothing but copy paste questions from google. Don't join this company if you are in the States.
