The executive team lead by example and set the pace for the rest of the team. They take their work seriously but not themselves too seriously which makes for great company culture. Leadership think strategically and are constantly working to improve the business for both their staff and customers. They empower their employees by encouraging and genuinely listening to their feedback.
Cons
Techspace is big on career progression and often hire and promote internally over hiring externally. This is great for those who work hard and go above and beyond in their work, however, it means management is quite junior and doesn't always have the skills and experience to lead teams effectively. When the business is constantly evolving it can be a challenge to implement change in a seamless way.
