      If the associates team is great, you'll spend 3 months working 14 hours a day and you'll be proud of the achievements.

      Cons

      If the associates team is not great: brace yourself, they'll be the longest and stressful months of your life. No way of having a permanent contract, even after 3 years as an associate. No career opportunities.

      Good pay, $34/hour, 15 hours a week, during classes. Experience with a VC on a resume and startups

      Cons

      Only 15 an hour if you have more time, total pay is capped at 5k for the program
