Pros
Learned to work with blue collar workers that didn’t take leadership well from a person half their age. Great first job for me because I knew afterwards no job could be any worse then this one.
Cons
Pay was terrible for the conditions you had to work in. Had to put up with constant disrespect from my seniors. The lead by example was never a golden rule here.
