Pros

-The makeup they produce is actually nice -Working in Rotterdam if you live there can be relaxing. -Money is decent... If they pay you on time, that is.

Cons

-No vision or actual direction from management at all, plus zero insight into sales or budget, as this is apparently “not needed”. -CEO has an interesting habit of ignoring employees with valid opinions, gigantic invoices and start times of meetings. Because why start a meeting at 10am when you can also postpone it and obstruct everyone from going home at 6pm!! - Suppliers aren't being paid, management is aware of it but don't see this as a priority apparently. - Freelancers/photographers are only paid months after they deliver their work. -Three-day deadlines for projects that, in a normal company, take at least a couple of weeks to complete. -No benefits at all, your first two sickdays don’t get paid and if you do want to visit the GP you can expect a discount in your salary! -Frequent visits from debt collectors / angry calls from third parties about unpaid bills... Doesn’t exactly boost morale. - People usually last about a year max before they quit, get sacked, get swapped for a cheaper hire or simply get a good old burnout. Seriously, if you get an offer from these guys don’t accept it.

Pros

Beauty industry is quite nice. If do you leave in Rotterdam can be good.

Cons

The owners change their minds as they change their clothes, so basically you have double (triple, quarter...)work frequently. They don't pay on time (even the most important supplier), don't respect employees and always want to take some advantage from you, like forcing you to stay up late or having a discount in your salary because you had a doctor and needed 2hs for that, no matter if you compensated working until late. No transparency, no strategy, it's a failed business. Small office with 10/12 people and no one is really helpful, they prefer to spend their time blaming each other than working properly. If you received an offer and really need this job, plan yourself to not stay longer as it's a toxic environment with no permanent contract. I don't recommend it even to a enemy
