      learning on the job is the biggest advantage of working with the company. The employees and the management is helpful to say the least.

      There are no extra benefits that other companies provide to their employees. You work for them you get paid and thats it.

      Tour to abroad often for inspection and customer visit. Good company for persons who will love to pursue management work.

      Cons

      Bad salary structure, bad man management. Technical knowledge is at all not required, all are data input and follow up kind of jobs.
