Can be stressful at times with work load.

TekPrepper is an outstanding growing company! From the first encounter with TPS to now I have watched it blossom into 'an all around' multi-system unit. TPS is always ontop of customer support, expanding their coverage, and being available 24 hours 7 days a week. During hurricane, Irma, TPS went above and beyond to ensure their customers had help, and each issue was solved at a timely matter. Now that's service! Customer support is always helpful, professional, and timely. All the employee's are knowledgeable, and will find the correct answer if they are unsure. The CEO is always present during the workday, and is very hands on. He makes sure all the techs are up-to-date on new programs, information, and updates. It has been very positive during my experience with TPS. I would recommend this company for interns, employment seekers, and any professional IT services.

There are no cons when it comes to being an employee for TPS. They're great!
