This company has been amazing in all aspects! From the colleagues to the managers to the Directors to the Executives! Everyone is open to new ideas and just genuinely great people! Management promotes inner and professional growth and education and really takes the time to listen to the employees. I've never felt more 'heard' and respected prior to coming to TelNet. It never feels like 'work' to be here - and making a positive change in the world of Telecom and the technical ever-changing world has never been more interesting and fun! It truly feels great to be a part of positive change! Oh, and bring your dog to work days are the BEST!! Team building events are also a great time and really 'rallies the troops' to always encourage and support one another!
