Pros
I agree with those who write that you can try to get a job without experience, because they are trained on the spot. Although this is not a guarantee, then another competition must be completed. Choose the best. It's nice to work, the team is friendly, everyone works as a team and is focused on results. I like the sphere - financial services are cool and yet, salaries are high, so inflation and crises do not frighten us as much as others. Formally, too, the order - employment, vacation, sick leave, they paid me all this.
Cons
We need more different team building activities and development training. This is, but it seems to me, not enough.
