Pros

Definitely a good start for fresh grads, someone who like to polish skills in Customer Service or Call Center environment. Great colleague and nice staff. Pantry was bare minimum but have Fridge, Plain Biscuits, Milo & Coffee (both powdered not ready made) and a water dispenser. Walkable distance from public transport and have multiple choice of lunch food but quick to get boring after a while

Cons

(Review was provided as a standpoint from healthcare industry project) Management was so bad that they question your value when all you do was giving them a favor so that the business stay afloat. Lots of senior staff leaving as they felt underappreciated with the salary given is not appropriate with the workload and knowledge need to be hold. To add more wound, newcomer was provided salary higher than experienced staff. When brought up to management, they will dismiss you entirely and blame all the negativity happening is because of you, instead of acknowledging it is their fault. From the top management until the team leader, favouritism runs deep. By the time people are leaving it is when they'll take action in improving which is too late.

Pros

Good coworkers. This job involves doing sales and you only need to care about your own targets and by doing so, you will be able to contribute to the team targets. Because you have to focus on your own targets and other targets wouldn't really affect yours, then supposedly there shouldn't be any big enough problem that would affect your work.

Cons

Management a bit messy and some office politics involved but not that bad.
