      Pros

      This is one of the best jobs I have ever had. Easy to use systems, friendly understanding responsive managers and TL's, and 98% of the time lovely customer interactions and easy to fix questions or substitutions. The days go quickly and I love that the company expects such high level customer service as it's really lacking in so many industries nowadays.

      Cons

      Probably dealing with unhappy customers who think the worst of 'Petals/Teleflora' because of an issue or mistake by the supplying florist is not always great or fair.

      Pros

      I worked for years at Teleflora in IT. Great company, great management and they try to take care of their employees especially around the holidays.

      Cons

      They started outsourcing their IT to India to cut costs and the dynamics in IT changed dramatically.
