Pros

The hardest part of the job so far is not eating too many bad snacks. overall great working environment, management wants to make sure we succeed, and a warm safe feeling while working.

Pros

As a product Specialist, if you do your job and keep out of the drama, then it is a 40 hour a week job in Crystal River, no drug testing, and after 90 days there is the option for an overpriced medical insurance plan.

Cons

As a product specialist, you will have to work by the call volume, so if it high, no breaks, and late lunches... The management team has ZERO organizational or team skills. The owner ROBB AUBER, only cares about the superficial. Fancy lighting, nice chairs, bubble wall, and appearance. Over the course of a year he has buried his head in his own colon so deeply, he has forgotten that a company must have structure. The lack of structure has broken the management team, over and over again while the Product Specialist's must sit in confusion. Robb would rather outsource jobs to the Philippines than do the duty of owner and operator and guide his team. Most unfortunately he has placed employees in Management roles and stripped them of their dignity.
