      Great support and friendly clients. Decent pay. Work from home.

      Hours cut when business becomes slow, management not willing to put anyone on another program within the company. No benefits. No PTO.

      Easy job tasks, simple instructions.

      Cons

      I work another job that posts work schedules three weeks in advance, so the impromptu announcements that work is available rarely makes it easy to pivot, and I miss out on the opportunities that are usually few and far between.
