First off the schedule is very flexible so if you are going to school or have a second job this would be perfect. They let you decide what days to work every week. The team is close and I would say it is a fast paced environment. The goals to get survey's is reasonable and management is willing to work with you as opposed to other call centres. The surveys are done here are varied and are not too difficult to complete. The supervisors are great and help you out when needed.

Sometimes there is less work from time to time but if you are a good performer there isn't anything to worry about. The pay is at minimum wage but french do get paid 12 per hr. The location isn't the best but is reachable but it wasn't a problem took me 15 minutes from downtown.
