Pros

Full Disclosure: I'm in leadership here so obviously biased but I had to fill this out to see additional reviews. I'll just list the top two positives and negatives that I have received directly: - Very focused on transparency to employees. - Leadership cares about employees.

Cons

- Need better alignment and messaging across the company. - Departments are silo'd and it requires initiative to get cross-department support.

Pros

I’ve been at Teleport for about a year now, and the culture is one of the biggest reasons I enjoy working here. The ADR team, in particular, stands out. It’s a highly collaborative environment where people openly share what’s working, support each other, and are constantly pushing to improve. There’s a real sense of team over individual performance, which makes a big difference day to day. AD Leadership is another highlight. Managers are invested in coaching and developing each person. Hitting our numbers is important, but there’s just as much focus on growth, feedback, and helping everyone improve. At a company level, Teleport does a great job of keeping everyone aligned. The leadership team is transparent about where we are as a business, which builds trust and makes you feel like you’re part of something bigger. Overall, it’s a strong culture with clear goals, supportive leadership, and a team that genuinely wants to get better together.

Cons

Not many major downsides, but things can move quickly, so staying organized and adaptable is important.
