Pros

Great technology and that’s it in terms of pros

Cons

If I could I would give -100 stars because they don’t deserve any. Where do I start…It’s really hard since there are so many cons working for them. No appreciation for your effort to solve countless problems in the company. If you come up with ideas, executive team feels threatened to loose there positions and will destroy you. Incompetent friends of CEO are abusive and being protected by the HR who doesn’t really care about people and culture, they just want to please the CEO so instead of solving interpersonal problems they fire or make talented and dedicated people leave. Total mess no processes in place, no directions, no support. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN. Codex DNA is the worst company I’ve ever worked for. I feel really sorry for Dan Gibson and his great technology. His name will be linked with this awful company.

Pros

- Small company environment means your work is visible and contributions truly matter. - Fast-moving and innovative — great place for people who are motivated, adaptable, and want to grow. - Leadership is approachable and invested in the success of both the business and employees who put in the effort. - Offers a chance to take ownership and have a real impact, rather than being just another number in a huge corporation. - Supportive environment for those who value collaboration and want career growth.

Cons

- As with any small company, things move quickly and the pace can be intense. It’s not the right fit for people who want to coast or just “get by.” - Some departments feel stricter than others depending on management style — but that’s true at any company. - Because of the size, resources can feel limited compared to larger corporations.
