Endless, sudden layoffs of talent, skill and experience. People leaving, voluntarily or otherwise, are not replaced but the whip keeps cracking (micro-management) in order to win sales, often in ways that reek of desperation and set a bad precedent for the future. CEO is insulating themselves with yes-men. Zero roadmap. Zero leadership. Zero personability. Zero pay-increases for almost 2 years. CEO has stated these will only happen with performance reviews. Performance reviews have been suspended, seemingly indefinitely as trakstar was dumped and not replaced. Morale in the company is in the gutter. Just bean-counting in order to get the company to look good on paper in the hopes of a sale of the company.
