Pros
Telestream WAS filled with some of the best people I ever worked with ... now most of them are gone either by being laid off or finding other jobs BEFORE they were laid off.
Cons
Routine, abrupt layoffs, with no regard for the person or the knowledge that is being let go nor what they were working on, leaving those who are left behind to try to pick up the pieces ... her goal is to just get rid of head count and bring in all her unexperienced young kids with big titles.
