The team is highly collaborative, and you’re encouraged to dive deep into challenges instead of skimming past them. Since the company operates in a niche market with a very technical product, you get to learn a ton and build expertise in a space that most people never touch.

Like most startups, things move quickly and priorities can shift fast, so it’s not the place if you want rigid structure. But if you like solving problems and working closely with others, it’s a great fit.

It's a startup that is thriving which means that there are opportunities to have a massive impact on the business and our customers. We're all builders of some sort and have a bias towards action to move things forward. The team is smart, intentional and genuinely want to do good for our customers without egos getting in the way.
