Pros
- Got bonus at sometimes in a variative amount, depend on the main company stability (Telkom Indonesia). - Once you got permanent status, mostly you won't experience employee cut. - Average salary, not that great. - The job is not so hard technically.
Cons
- Sometimes employee not getting any promotion if not close enough to the boss. - Employee's skill development is not their main focus. - Not a good place to get more technical knowledge.
