Pros
They provide opportunity to grown within the company. VDA an Italian company took over majority ownership early 2022 and brought changes that will help both companies grow and expand. They have a very good PTO plan and have flexibility with work schedules at times.
Cons
They need a true HR person that can make sure employee reviews are done on regular basis. In the past it was not uncommon for it to be 3-4 years between reviews and raises. Raises were minimal and couldn't keep up with medical insurance increases.
