Company is poised for success and has positioned itself very nicely within the Energy Management, HSIA & Automation Industry. Leadership team has a clear vision of where the company is headed and the company has attracted many major companies as partners. Compensation package is average but has significant upside potential for performers who exceed very reasonable target numbers. Benefits are good and level of flexibility is very high. Company is still a small company and sometimes stretched thin on internal resources due to fast growth and demand for these resources. Does not have the overly generous benefits packages of larger companies but makes up for that with flexibility and ability for growth.
