      Pros

      If you are working from home, they will provide the work equipment like laptop, headset etc. They are quick at delivering replacements and everything as long as your manager creates a ticket for it. People are helpful when you have process questions. Pay is ok

      Cons

      They will overwork you. Unreal expectations. Difficult to get leave even when you are genuinely sick and unable to work.

      Pros

      Work from home is a pro especially now when it isn’t safe to travel.

      Cons

      An absolute horrid place to work in. The manager don’t give a rat’s behind about their employee’s health. I fell sick with food poisoning and called in sick and the manager asks to work whilst I’m practically living inside the toilet. Also, they make us extend our hours every single day. Period.
